SavvyTickets, is a completely automatic flight OTA based in Taiwan. Generally, traditional travel agencies rely on a semi-automatic booking process. After customers selected their seat (including desired dates, times, flights and cabin), applicable fares, and typing all passenger details to make the reservation. There will be another manual effort to double-comfirm the order, take payments, and having the tickets issued. The process can take up to 1~2 days. SavvyTickets provides a quick seat-and-price lookup and pay-then-issue service model, the whole purchase process can be finished in 5 minutes.
YesTrip is a traditional travel agency that is fully owned by China Airlines, the largest airline in Taiwan with market cap at USD 2.27 billion and revenue in 2017 at USD 5.25 billion.
